ESA offered training opportunities for SMEs

Four courses have been prepared for SMEs on Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, Materials and Payload Safety. They will be given in ESTEC, between 15 and 25 May 2000. They have been organised by the SME-Unit, with the support of relevant staff of TOS-Q. The courses have been announced on EMITS and on the ESA web site. The industrial response is being enthusiastic. Industry recognises this action as another positive sign of an Agency in evolution, who is more and more taking into account the industrial needs. It is worth mentioning that many companies, non-SMEs, have indicated their interest to also take advantage of this action.
