1 - The Planning and Preparatory Phase

The activities to be procured are part of a planned range of activities for a general budget or programme, or for an optional programme. These activities are predefined and submitted to the necessary programmatic approvals.

The intended activities, depending on the thresholds per type of activities, may also require prior approval by specific committees in the Agency.
