Meet the SME Office at Space Tech Expo
ESA's SME Office will be present at Space Tech Expo in Bremen, in Germany on 19–21 November.
SMEs visiting the supply-chain and engineering event are invited to meet the team at booth J30 in Hall 5 to discuss doing business with ESA.
Exhibition visitors can also preschedule dedicated meetings at the stand with members of the SME Office.
To register for a 20-minute B2B slot, please:
- Find out which meeting slots are available at this website, enter your name and email address and click on your preferred time.
- Send an email to sme-office@esa.int, providing your name, company, ESA bidder code and selected meeting time and indicate why you would like to meet us.
Please note: companies interested in meeting the SME Office are expected to organise their access to the show themselves.
Interactive Q&A session for European space SMEs
On 20 November from 14:00–16:00, SMEs are invited to contribute to an interactive 'Questions and Answers' session organised by SME4SPACE and AKRK in cooperation with the ESA SME Office. This will be an opportunity for SMEs to learn and ask questions about the support offered by these associations and ESA SME Office. SMEs have an opportunity to highlight the kind of support they would like to receive or to report their experiences in receiving support from ESA SME Office or Associations.
SME panel
On 21 November from 13:00–14:00, SMEs are invited to attend a panel session organised by SME4SPACE, AKRK and the ESA SME Office to exchange experiences, difficulties in operating in or entering the space market, and expectations to improve the sustainable involvement of SMEs in the space market.
SME and Start-ups panel participants will present their experiences in developing their products or services, highlighting the success factors (both internal and external) and difficulties of partaking in the space business in Europe.
