ESA measures for hosted meetings and visitors
ESA has taken a range of precautionary measures in order to minimise the spread of the virus, while also ensuring business continuity within the organisation.

Should you wish to access to a specific ESA establishment please liaise with your ESA point of contact who will inform you about local restrictions.
External visitors
The following guidelines are currently in place for external visitors:
- Physical meetings can take place in reduced capacity meeting rooms.
- Meetings with industry partners can take place with permission of the relevant ESA Head of Department.
General recommendations
Please visit the website of the World Health Organisation (WHO) or the website of the relevant authority in your country for up-to-date information on Coronavirus (COVID-19) and general recommendations to reduce exposure and transmission.
