ESA workshop on space industry in Portugal
ESA is organising a workshop on space industry, with special emphasis on industry in Portugal.
The workshop will be held 5-7 February at the Altis Hotel, in Lisbon, Portugal.
There will be a plenary session on the first day of the workshop open to the general public, with presentations on the European space industry. Topics covered will include current industry trends, how and where Portuguese companies can access it, and who the players are. Speakers for this session will be: Mr Toni Tolker- Nielsen (ESA), Mr Pedro Baptista (ESA), Mr Marc Giget (Euroconsult) and Mr Matthew Bullock (Bertin Technologies).
ESA, with Bertin Technologies and Euroconsult, also will conduct a series of bilateral meetings with representatives from the companies present at the workshop to establish the potential of the Portuguese industry, and allow companies to obtain specific advice.
