  • The Entity Information Administrator (EIA) defined by you will receive a Notification giving the status of the registration
     
  • In case of acceptance the service desk of ESA is automatically informed about the necessary user-ids and passwords that need to be provided to the newly registered emits users – each of them will receive their user-id and password as soon as possible.
     
  • When ESA has accepted the submitted information the questionnaire is automatically published and some data will automatically become visible to everybody in the yellow pages.
     
  • The online questionnaire will become accessible again for the EIA who may then carry on with any further adjustments.
     
  • The EIA can ask for new EMITS access, remove some EMITS access or change data without the need for ESA validation. In this case the “submit” button will appear instead of the “Submit for validation” button.
     
  • The other registered EMITS users of the Entity will have access to the questionnaire in “view mode”.
