REACH obsolescence risk management workshop - 22 April 2015
On the 22nd of April, the joint European Materials & Processes Technology Board and ESA’s Clean Space initiative are holding a one-day workshop on REACH obsolescence risk management for space programs (at ESA-ESTEC Noordwijk, The Netherlands).
The main objective of the workshop is to enable a dialogue between industry, national space agencies, and ESA programs on long-term obsolescence risks of REACH.
The major challenges the space industry faces as well as an outline of current efforts for risk management will be identified. A round table discussion is planned to initiate a dialogue on future requirements and needs.
The workshop is open to all European stakeholders interested. Participation is free of charge.
The workshop will be hosted by ESA at ESTEC (Keplerlaan 1, 2200 AG Noordwijk, The Netherlands).
