A Proba-V Vegetation instrument view of California's central coast, including the cities of San Francisco and San Jose to the lower right of the image, while the upper part shows Mendocino Park. This image was acquired using the central segment of the wide-angle Vegetation instrument, delivering 100-m spatial resolution, delivering sharp detail of the offshore stratocumulus clouds' cellular and wavelike structures.
