ESA astronaut Luca Parmitano cuts tubes at the Vertical Support Beam (VSB) worksite during his second spacewalk in a complex series to service the International Space Station's cosmic ray detecting Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer AMS-02. After cutting, he used caps to protect the tubes until his third spacewalk where he will connect these to the instrument's new cooling system.
