The objectives and priorities for Europe in Space will be discussed at the Council at Ministerial Level in Naples, Italy on 20–21 November.

Ministers in charge of space activities within the 20 ESA Member States and Canada will meet to decide on a plan for pushing knowledge, supporting an innovative and competitive Europe and enabling space-based services.

Human Spaceflight activities continue in particular within the International Space Station cooperation.

The conference will also present plans for a robotic exploration on the moon and for operations as ESA is controlling more and more satellites on orbit.

This video explains the priorities for both astronauts and automatic missions.

It includes an interview with Thomas Reiter, ESA Director of Human Spaceflight and Operations.
