Documents expected:  Experiment Safety Data Package (ESDP) v1

Step B.2 Selection Workshop at ESA/ESTEC â€“ 11-12 Oct 2018
Documents expected: Presentation slides of the project
Evaluation by the Review Board and safety review by prime contractor The final selection of up to four teams is announced in early November.
Step C. Workshop and Experiment preparation
Training Workshop Gravity-related Experiments Training Workshop, ESEC-Galaxia, Belgium on 29 Jan - 1 Feb 2019
Documents expected: Experiment report, ESDP. Several iterations will be delivered to ESA Education Office and Novespace experts before the campaign on a case by case basis. 
Step D. Parabolic flights campaign  18-29 Nov 2019
Documents expected:  Feedback report. Few weeks after the campaign.
Step E. Analysis of results
Documents expected: Paper. Results to be submitted in paper format to ESA Education four months after the campaign.
