Tuesday 11 May
08:30 Accreditation starts at Press Centre (Entrance Petit Sablon). Note: A badge will be handed out for access to the Press Centre for the two days. Please take good care of your badge. It is the only valid credential for access to the Press Centre. Always wear your badge and carry personal identification documents on the Conference premises.

10:00 Arrival of Ministers and Delegates at the Palais d'Egmont.

10:30 Photo/video opportunity, for photographers and cameramen only, in the Meeting Room.

11:00 Opening of the meeting.

18:00 End of first day's meeting.

18:15 Press briefing at the Press Centre.

Wednesday 12 May
09:00 Press Centre opens.

09:30 Continuation of meeting in the main Conference Room.

12:30 Lunch break.

14:30 Meeting resumes.time t.b.d. End of meeting and final Press Conference in the Conference Room.

20:00 Press Centre closes.

Special locations will be available for TV/radio interviews. Video News Releases will also be available during the conference.
