On 26 September, ESA has organised a Media Day about ESA’s CAVES training course in the Slovenian cave of Divaška Jama.
ESA’s latest training adventure equips an international crew of six astronauts from five space agencies to explore a cave in Slovenia where they will live and work for six days.
The CAVES training course takes astronauts to the depths of Earth to improve their communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
The visit will take place from 11:30 to 16:00 CEST in the Divaška Jama cave.
Slovenian institutions, government representatives and ESA experts responsible for the Caves programme will welcome the media and brief them about the activity.
