    SpaceTweetup with André Kuipers: Terms and conditions

    This event is open to Twitter followers of @Astro_André. Registration is for one person only and is non-transferable. Please do not submit multiple applications. All registrants must be at least 18 years old on 29 May 2012.

    Please complete the registration form below to apply. Be sure to include your Twitter name, a valid email address and the short question you would like to put to André Kuipers. Applications without a question will be discounted.

    80 participants will be selected to attend the Tweetup on the basis of the questions supplied on the application form. Of the 80 participants, 10 will have the chance to put a question directly to André Kuipers in a live inflight call with the International Space Station.

    Please note that ESA will not cover travel, accommodation, food or any other expenses. The Tweetup will be held mainly in English but tweets during the event will of course be welcome in any language. Registration closes on 14 April at 12:00 CET.

    Broadband wifi will be available. Participants are responsible for bringing their own internet devices such as mobile phone or laptop. Please label everything and look after your equipment carefully. ESA takes no responsibility for loss of property on the premises.

    The Twitter account for the Tweetup is @Spacetweetup, the hashtag is #AndreTweetup. We'll use both accounts to post updates and reminders about the event.

    Once all the applications have been processed, an email with confirmation information and additional instructions will be sent to those selected and those on the waiting list.
