    Live web stream

    Watch the opening of the 2012 International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) live from Munich on 23 July.

    On Monday, 23 July, the live stream will begin at 09:00 CEST with the opening session.

    Starting at 10:50, the plenary session will include presentations by Prof. Johann-Dietrich Wörner, Chairman of the Executive Board of the German Aerospace Center, and Prof. Volker Liebig, Director of Earth Observation Programmes at ESA.

    Director of the World Climate Research Program, Ghassem R. Asrar, will also deliver a keynote speech about recent progress and future opportunities in Earth observation.

    The morning session will close with a symposium introduction and review of the technical programme.
