ESA Info Day on Earth Observation Programmes

On 6 November over 200 people from European and Canadian Industry and Research Institutes gathered at ESTEC in the Netherlands to hear more about current and future programmes in Earth Observation. The Info Day was an opportunity for Industry and Research Institutes to identify areas of interest for cooperation with ESA and identify various study and development opportunities that will open up in the near future through ESA’s Living Planet Programme.

The Info Day was considered a success and contributed to improving lines of communication between Industry, Institutes and ESA, as well as offering a forum for industry to meet and exchange views. It is therefore anticipated that this type of meeting shall be hosted again in the future. A set of the presentation slides shown at the Info Day will shortly be available on the following website:
