Life Support and Physical Sciences

The Life Support and Physical Sciences Instrumentation Section deals with the development of high-end technology for gravity-related research,  exploration missions and terrestrial applications in the fields of advanced life support as well as Life and Physical Sciences.

We invoke a multitude of disciplines, like engineering, chemistry, physics, biology and medical aspects. These areas of expertise are of use in the area of life sciences instrumentations/experiments

Our section supports various projects in the domain of human spaceflight (ISS operations, payloads for life and physical sciences), exploration missions (ExoMars), Lunar Lander payloads for the Russian Resurs-27 mission, Mars Sample Return mission scenarios currently under study and Telecom Integrated Applications (market driven applications in the area of telemedicine, health and air traffic control).
