Open call to space start-ups for IAC 2018

The International Astronautical Congress (IAC) is the world's largest space congress with approximately 4,000 space actors from around 60 nations expected. In addition to a broad scientific conference program, IAC also offers a large industrial exhibition.

Global, multidisciplinary, and covering all space sectors and topics, it offers everyone the latest space information and above all new contacts and potential partnerships.

This year's IAC 2018 takes place in Bremen, Germany, from 1-5 October. 

Promote your space start-up

ESA Technology Transfer and Business Incubation Office will give the opportunity to 24 space start-ups to participate with a stand at the “the Start-up Space powered by ESA Space Solutions” at this year's IAC, where they will get the opportunity to present their business.

Start-ups from ESA Business Incubation Centres can apply, as well as space start-ups from Russia and Canada.

The offer includes:

 

• Each start-up will have a stand for 2.5 days at the IAC 2018: 12 start-ups from 1/10 to 3/10 morning and 12 start-ups from 3/10 afternoon to 5/10.
• Two free entry tickets will be provided to each start-up. The entry ticket does not cover the conference part of the IAC.
• The selected start-ups will be asked to present their start-up on one of the days they are selected to participate. Details will follow to the selected start-ups. 
• ESA Space Solutions does not cover travel or accommodation costs.

The selected start-ups will be informed by the 10th July 2018. In case you have had no feedback by the indicated date you have not been selected.
