Espresso Broadband is delighted to announce that the Espresso for Primary Schools broadband service has won the European Multimedia (EMMA) Award in the category: Online Education & Home Learning for children up to 11 years.

The EMMA Awards are respected for their independence and impartiality and are widely recognised as the most prestigious interactive media awards. The EMMA's are organised in conjunction with an international panel of experts representing all sectors of the industry and the sole objective of the competition is to reward excellence in interactive media.

    The award citation states:
"This product demonstrates how rich media content enhances the delivery of an educational body of knowledge. Technologically sound and ease of navigation make this Espresso product unique."

This second award for Espresso for Schools (which won the BETT Innovation Award in January) testifies to the respect Espresso is winning for industry peers. Lewis Bronze, Espresso's Editorial Director says "We are delighted to be the recipients of this Award. It's a reward for the hard work our talented team have put into to creating a unique service."
