Expedition 13 Commander Pavel Vinogradov and Flight Engineer Jeff Williams left on 29 March 2006 onboard of a Soyuz TMA-8 spacecraft and arrived two days later at the ISS.
 
ESA astronaut Thomas Reiter joined the Expedition 13 crew on 20 September 2006, shortly after his arrival at the Space Station with Space Shuttle Discovery.  
 
On 28 September 2006, Vinogradov and Williams returned to Earth on board the Soyuz TMA-8 capsule. Thomas Reiter stayed on as a member of Expedition 14.

Pavel Vinogradov

The Russian Cosmonaut Pavel Vinogradov represents the Russian Federal Space Agency, Roscosmos, and is the Commander for Expedition 13.
From 5 August 1997 to 19 February 1998 he performed a 198-day spaceflight under the Mir-24/NASA 5, 6 programme.

Thomas Reiter

Thomas Reiter

ESA astronaut Thomas Reiter is the second Flight Engineer for Expedition 13. He joined the Expedition 13 crew on 6 July 2006, after launching on the Space Shuttle Discovery's STS-121 mission. He joined the Expedition 14 crew on 20 September 2006.
