Description

Navigation satellites are very useful in daily life. They help us pinpoint persons, cars, ships or aircraft in order to find the easiest way to our destinations.

A new European system of navigation satellites, Galileo, will improve traffic flow for cars, ships and aircraft, will help travellers in remote places and will support emergency services.
