One of the main attractions in French Guiana is Europe's Spaceport. Free guided tours are available when a launch is not in progress but please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

| Opening hours
Tours take place Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 11:00 in and from 13:00 to 16:00. On Fridays there is a morning tour only.

If you are visiting the Spaceport do not forget to call in at the Space Museum. Situated next to the Jupiter Hall, the museum contains life-size mockups of satellites, interactive animations and a selection of scientific films to guide you through the past, present and future of the Spaceport.

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00
Saturday 14:00 to 18:00
Tickets cost €6.10 for adults and €3.80 for children under 10. Reductions are available for groups and visitors to the launch base. | |
