Interested parties will find further information via the ESA EMITS homepage:

http://emits.esa.int

Please refer to Invitation to Tender number AO6037.

Make sure your company has a valid ESA Bidder Code

If you are interested in tendering for business under the LET-SME initiative, your company must have a valid Bidder Code. This is obtained by registering your company on ESA EMITS (Electronic Mail Invitation to Tender System: http://emits.esa.int )

If your company does not already have a valid Bidder Code, you should obtain one as soon as possible. We strongly recommend that you do not leave this until the last moment.

Note that to obtain a Bidder Code, you will need to complete an on-line questionnaire about your company.

You can access the questionnaire under the top menu item on the EMITS homepage, "Your Entity Details".

Note: when you submit your completed questionnaire, its content is examined. This is not an automated process: please allow at least 3 working days to receive your Bidder Code.

Together with the Bidder Code, you should also receive username and password parameters to allow you to "Login" (EMITS homepage, top menu item).

When you "Login" to EMITS, you can then access the full text of the ITT, and importantly, download any or all of the 4 documents associated with AO6037, namely:
(1) Letter of Invitation, (2) Statement of Work, (3) Tender Conditions, (4) Contract Conditions.
