ESA and the UKSA

David Parker, Chief Executive of the UK Space Agency, talks about their relationship with ESA from the Living Planet Symposium 2013 in Edinburgh. He highlights the importance of Earth observation to the UK, as well as the growth and strategic placement of ESA's UK facility ECSAT in the Harwell Space Cluster.
