How we work
While being an engineering laboratory of the European Space Agency we maintain strong links with selected academic research institutions, external research centres and industry.
Our ideal work environment can be described as a professional research environment that is content and application driven, but emphasising fundamental research to continuously improve and optimize our devices and systems.
We strive to conducting research and developments within a generative value cycle that involves us and our direct partners to establish new technologies and applications. Collaboration with us can be explicitly based on ‘no exchange of funds’ as well as on the more conventional ESA funding approaches. For now, we are proud to state that all of our collaborations are mutually beneficial and content driven. We are open to collaborating in challenging research and development projects and environments with multiple partners from within as well as beyond the space sector.
