ESA prepares for November's Ministerial Meeting     The ExoMars rover will be ESA's field biologist on Mars. Its aim is to further characterise the biological environment on Mars in preparation for robotic missions and then human exploration.   The Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire is a community of science and technology-based innovation and enterprise including major national and international science projects and facilities. Over 4500 people work on the campus in some 100 organisations. Note     Daniel Sacotte was appointed as Director Advisor to the Director General (D/ADV) on 11 July 2008.
