The British National Space Centre and DMC join the International Charter ‘Space and Major Disasters’

In June 2005 heavy rains have triggered floods in different areas of north Bulgaria, killing several people and seriously damaging the infrastructure. This map showing the Danube area has been created by Sertit using data from the Disaster Monitoring Constellation (DMC).
