Alpbach Summer School Applications open for Alpbach Summer School 2012 This year, the summer school will be held from 24 July to 2 August and will focus on the theme “Exploration of the giant planets and their systems". Designed for undergraduate and graduate students interested in aerospace engineering and space sciences, it allows them to participate in NASA research projects. ESA Earth Observation Summer School ESA Earth Observation Summer School ESA organizes a series of summer schools on Monitoring of the Earth System to promote the exploitation of Earth Observation EO data across disciplines, with a specific focus on their assimilation into Earth System models. European Space Camp European Space Camp ESA is sponsoring two students from ESA Member and Cooperating States to attend the European Space Camp at Andøya Rocket Range, Norway from 24 June to 2 July 2012. Life in Space Life in Space – Exobiology Summer University 'The Origins of Life and Life in Space' is an annual two-week summer course about exobiology open to students from all over Europe. The course usually takes place at the end of August/beginning of September at the Laboratoire Arago in Banyuls-sur-mer, France. SpaceMaster Erasmus Mundus Master Course in Space Science and Technology SpaceMaster is a two-year Master course (120 ESTS) under the umbrella of the European Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, EC.
