2014 has all the elements to become an interesting year for Europe in space...

Exciting launches, new European astronauts on the ISS, new satellites and landers and important decisions that will mark the direction of Europe's future space programme.

2014 will also be the year to celebrate 50 years of European efforts in space, a cooperation that gave birth to the European Space Agency! 

But 2014 starts with one name: ROSETTA.
