Sentinel-1B Soyuz Launch : new attempt

Following an anomaly observed during the countdown for the launch of Soyuz / Sentinel-1B, the countdown was halted. 

The launch vehicle and satellites have been switched into a completely safe standby mode.

Replacement operations are underway for the inertial unit of Soyuz that was affected by an outage.
A new technical review will occur tomorrow at H0-5h.

Lift off is currently scheduled on 25 April at 18h02 KRU (21h02 GMT / 23h02 CET)

Note that the programme will be in 3 parts:

- Before lift off and until after Sentinel-1B Separation planned at Lift Off + 23 mn (18h25 KRU / 21h25 GMT / 23h25 CET)

- Around Fly Your Sat Separation at + 2h50mn (20h52 KRU / 23h52 GMT / 01h52 CET)

- Around  Microscope Separation at + 4h04mn (22h06 KRU / 01h06 KRU / 03h06 CET)

Live transmission can also be followed on the web via the ESA portal. 

As soon as possible after the TV transmission, launch highlights will be posted on ESA TV ftp server:
