First year students following the European Masters in Aeronautics and Space Technology (EuMAS) visit the Columbus Control Center, in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany, from where they participated in an inflight call to ESA astronaut Thomas Reiter on board the International Space Station.
The students also received a lecture on the PK3 Plus experiment from Professor Dr. Gregor Morfill, a scientist at the Max-Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics, in Garching, Germany.
