NOTE

Meeting rooms are all equipped with viewgraph and slide projectors, plus projectors to be linked
to presenters' portable PCs (i.e. PowerPoint or similar presentations).

Room 9 "Speakers' Room" is available to all presenters for their presentation material arrangement
and eventual delivery (slides) to the technical assistant.

Room 7 "ESA EO Exploitation Projects Meeting Room" is available all week to allow for discussions
and short meetings between ESA Staff and external ESA Partner Institutions.
This room is equipped with a workstation for interactive access by participants to the newly set up
dedicated web site http://projects.esa-ao.org containing information on ESA Category 1 ERS or
ENVISAT Data Prices and other information on data policy and ESA projects achievements.

ESRIN Help and Order Desk is available at ESA Stand in Hall "H".

A self-running demonstration on EO Application Imagery is operated at Registration/Reception area
throughout the week.
