Report of the 2021 Young Lawyers' Symposium
The 6th edition of the YLS was organised online on 15 October 2021 and we are happy to share the the report of the Symposium below:
Panel 1 of the Young Lawyers' Symposium was chaired by Prof. Maria-del Carmen Munoz Rodriguez and Prof. Armel Kerrest and the panelliksts consisted of Katharina Harreiter, Connor Hogan and João Falcão Serra and discussed "The legal consequences of non-binding legal instruments in space law".
Panel 2, chaired by Prof. Christian Bruenner and Dr. Marco Ferrazzani and the panellists consisting of Batuhan Betin Jess Rogers and Nayoung Youn, discussed "Do we need a new legal regime for Mars?".
Panel 3 of the Young Lawyers' Symposium, chaired by Porf. Philippe Achilleas and Ms Sarah Moens and the panellists consisting of Ludovica Ciarravano, Ruvimbo Samanga and Paulina Bojalil discussed "New legal aspects of satellite remote sensing".
