The Norwegian Space Centre (NSC) is a government agency under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. The NSC’s core responsibilities includes; advising the government on all space related issues, representing Norway at ESA, acting as a facilitator for the Norwegian space sector and coordinating Norwegian space activities.

In addition, the NSC aims to help students and young professionals from all backgrounds gain insight about opportunities in the space sector. The NSC can also offer some financial aid for Norwegians wishing to participate in space-related events and conferences.

The NSC is the Norwegian national point of contact for the ECSL. The ECSL is pleased to announce that it will be co-organising an inaugural NPOC event with the NSC on 17 February 2017 in Oslo.
