ESA astronaut Roberto Vittori and NASA astronaut Gregory H Johnson with Ciro Formisano, who designed the air quality control and monitoring NADIR system, part of the IENOSE Experiment, for the International Space Station. In 2011 NADIR was brought to the station on NASA Shuttle Mission STS-134 by Vittori and Johnson, both involved in testing the system.
