At "The ESA Story - How new business models disrupt space business" session at the Space Foundation´s 34th Space Conference on 18 April 2018, four successful start-ups from ESA´s Business Incubation Centres (ESA BICs) presented their innovative solutions from and for space programmes. Together with ESA Director General Jan Wörner and Head of ESA`s Technology Transfer and Business Incubation Centre Office Frank M. Salzgeber representatives from five space companies, four European space agencies and the Canadian space agency discussed how new business models disrupt space business.
