Type: ESA TV Live

Format: 16:9

Watch the live transmission of ESA astronaut Luca Parmitano coming back to Earth this 11 November with his Expedition 36/37 crewmates Russian cosmonaut Fyodor Yurchikhin and NASA astronaut Karen Nyberg.

They return aboard their Soyuz TMA capsule, bringing with them the Olympic torch of the 2014 Winter Games, which was launched into space Thursday 7th November.

Landing is currently scheduled at 02h50 GMT on the steppes of Kazakhstan.

Nyberg, Parmitano and Yurchikin were launched from Baikonur, Kazakhstan, on 28 May 2013 for a busy expedition aboard the ISS which has seen visits from ATV-4, HTV-4 and the new Orbital Sciences Cygnus cargo vehicle.

This live transmission will show - if the weather permits - the final descent and landing of the Soyuz capsule, the crew getting out and their first moments and reactions back on Earth.

Highlights will be posted on the ESA TV downloads server as soon as possible after transmission. Approximately 7-8 hours later there should also be highlights of the short welcoming ceremony in Karaganda and Luca's first interview comments.
