The event, to be held on 21 November in ESTEC, holds the underlying idea that space know-how can also be applied successfully outside the space domain and contributes to innovation and new business in many different areas.

Organised by Dutch TNO, and commissioned by Netherlands Space Office, the event is at its ninth edition. It is supported by ESA Technology Transfer Programme Office, aiming at strengthen European industry by identifying new business opportunities and creating new jobs through space innovation.

The event will have an international scope through the collaboration with Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and its Aerospace and Space Sector Group, which ESA is part of through its Technology Transfer Programme Office.

The event will take place in ESTEC, Noordwijk, The Netherlands 21 November 2013.
