Subject Chemistry and Physics
Level Primary school
Language English
Type Experiments

We will present a series of experiments for primary school science that are simple and easy to execute. We have developed a workshop based on these, which aims to encourage primary school teachers not to be afraid of carrying out experiments in front of pupils and to give them confidence and experience in doing so. We have focused on experiments with a short preparation time and developed kits which contain readily-available items. Our approach enhances children's interest in science and doing experiments, shows that science can be entertaining and encourages children to learn physics and chemistry by "playing around" with fun experiments.
