ESA’s 2011 Teachers Summer Workshop has a limited number of places. To apply, download and complete the application form.

Completed application forms must be sent to ESA Education at education @ esa.int.

The deadline for receipt of applications is 9 June 2011 at 24:00 CEST. Successful applicants will be informed that they have been given a place at the workshop on or before 15 June. The application process requires teachers to briefly describe why they would like to attend and how they could disseminate the knowledge and skills gained from attending the workshop.

Who can apply?

The workshop is open to teachers of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects in secondary schools (students aged between 12 and 18 years old) of ESA Member and Cooperating States*.

Please note that the conditions detailed above are subject to change without prior notice.

* The 18 ESA Member States are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Canada, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovenia participate in some ESA projects under cooperation agreements.
