What is a call for ideas?

An Ariadna Calls for Ideas seeks the ideas of the European academia to address a generic challenge in Space research or technology. This is defined by ESA's Advanced Concepts Team. The objective of the Ariadna scheme is to perform collaborative high-level research on advanced topics of shared interest and usually slightly outside the usual ESA and space horizon together with university research groups.
