Ever since I watched Carl Sagan’s “Cosmos” as a child, I have been fascinated by the workings of our universe. My insatiable hunger for knowledge has lead me from a specialization in mechatronics during high school, to biomedical engineering in my Bachelor’s, to computational neuroscience in my Master’s. As part of the Advanced Concepts Team I have the chance to bring my expertise in neuroscience to space. I am especially interested in sleep disturbances in space and how to deal with them.
Outside of my research interests I enjoy mountaineering, climbing, travelling and food.
