Francesco Biscani

The problem of evaluating Francesco's contributions to the ACT is untractable. He was central for projects such as PyGMO and the ESA summer of code (SOCIS), while he researched on perturbative theory of planetary motion, discovering previously unknown effect on the consequences of general relativity for planetary motion.
