Conor Keegan won the Galileo Masters 2006 competition with his proposal for an innovative seismography system using the very accurate GNSS timing signals, which will be available when the European Galileo system becomes operational. The solution proposed by Keegan could reduce the cost of seismography surveys and open up the lower end of the seismography market.
