The symposium will be organised around key papers presenting the challenges we have overcome to develop our current understanding of the Earth’s surface variations observed by altimetry, and the perspectives for future developments.

The overall objective of the European Polar Science Week is to bring together the European polar science community and reinforce European cooperation for polar science.

The URBIS24 Workshop will gather a diverse community of urban policymakers, Earth Observation researchers, service providers and various end-users. This event will offer an insightful exploration of urban challenges and innovative Earth observation integrated solutions. 

The aim of the Symposium is to showcase the latest research & development Earth observation science and applications achievements relevant for the African continent.

The Symposium focuses on the work that makes use of data from CryoSat or ICESat-2 or a combination of both satellites.

This conference aims at gathering the wider scientific community to highlight SMOS achievements over land, ocean, cryosphere and most recently in space weather. In view of a possible extension of the SMOS mission up to 2028, this conference will also offer a unique and timely opportunity to discuss upcoming scientific challenges and future focus areas of SMOS.
