What innovations does Flight Safety involve?

The ever increasing complexity of space systems and in particular their increased reliance on software raises new challenges for safety engineers to insure these systems’ safe operation. Consequently, we are required to continuously revise our safety requirements, and improve our techniques, methodologies, and tools to accurately assess and identify safety risks.
