Low Power Command (LPC) interface
The low power (LPC) command interfaces are intended for driving optocoupler channels. Two types of opto-coupler interfaces are considered namely the opto-coupler pulse interface, LPC-P, and the opto-coupler static bi-level interface, LPC-S. The low power command consists of a single signal, LPC_OUT(H), generated by the core element. This is connected by a single ended circuit to the input at the peripheral element. The interface is entirely controlled from the core element.
Figure 5 shows a specific implementation of LPC.
