The Belgian ECSL NPoC has hosted and co-organized the 2003 ECSL Summer Course in Space Law & Policy at University of Leuven and has organized several rounds of participation of students of Belgian Universities in the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition.
Several academic programmes exist in Belgium in order to provide national and foreign students with an education in Space Law and Policy. Those are:
at Katholieke University Leuven:

< the International Master for Space Studies (IMSS): an interdisciplinary master programme including a branch on legal, political and economical aspects of space activities. This programme is co-organized with University of Ghent.
