This Summer SMART-1, the first European mission to the Moon, will end its operations by impacting the Moon surface on 3 September.
The European Space Agency (ESA) would like to share with you the excitement of 16 months of the lunar studies just about to be concluded, and allow you to get a nice souvenir from this successful small and ‘smart’ mission.
Would you like to win a wonderful inflatable Moon beach ball with the surface ‘as seen’ by SMART-1? If the answer is yes, then get ready to answer this question:
If your answer is correct, you are eligible to receive a beach-ball: ESA will select weekly a few tens of winners per country, on a ‘first-come, first served’ basis. Please note that only one entry per person is allowed.
The competition will be closed on 1 September 2006. Please allow a few weeks time for the prize to be shipped to your address.
