More about Vega's ground segment infrastructure

The future launch pad for Vega (ZLV - Zone de Lancement Vega) consists of dedicated components (mobile building and permanent infrastructure) that will be built on the civil foundations of the previous launch pad (ELA1 – Ensemble de Lancement Ariane 1) used for the successful Ariane1 launchers.

The launch operations for Vega during final countdown will be coordinated from the Jupiter Control Room.
